[Close] Your Held Orders bin contains orders that have been entered, but not yet forwarded to EG.

It allows you to enter all your orders whenever it is convenient for you, and still submit them all at the same time. You can choose to submit all items that are held at the same time, or you can pick and choose which orders to submit.

Think of it as your EGXpress shopping cart!

[Close] Clicking the Cancel an Order button gives you a comprehensive list of all orders placed within the past two hours and the ability to cancel an order in that list. You can pick and choose from the order list to ensure that you cancel the appropriate order.

This is also a very handy method for ensuring that an order has been submitted.
